LACTULOSE SYRUP LAXATIVE 150 ml

Description:
Lactulose syrup is a disaccharide. It is not broken down in the small intestine and reaches the colon unchanged. The microorganisms there break down lactulose into low-molecular-weight organic-acids which increase the volume contained in the colon.
To deal with problematic defecation, we also recommend:

- To increase the intake of foods rich in fiber, such as psyllium husk and wheat bran, which keep the contents of the colon loose and soft and significantly improve the effect of the syrup;
- Intake of more fluids, preferably water.

Lactulose syrup contributes to:
- acceleration of the physiological rhythm of the colon;
- dealing with obstructed defecation.

Suitable for: all ages, pregnant and nursing women, diabetics.

Instructions for use: When necessary.
The product can be consumed directly or dissolved in water or juice.
The positive result occurs between 2 and 10 hours after taking the product – this is strictly individual.
The intake of the product is not influenced by the diet – it can be taken on an empty stomach, before, during or immediately after a meal.
The product can be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
We recommend that you first take 15 ml once. If the desired effect is not present, increase the amount after 12 hours until defecation is achieved.

Initial dosage:
Children: Up to 1 year: 5 ml;
Over 1 year: 5-15 ml;
Adolescents: 15-45 ml;
Adults: 15 ml to 45 ml daily, divided into 1 or 2 doses.

Maintenance dosage:
12.5 ml to 25 ml daily, divided into 1 or 2 doses.

Note: The beneficial effect is obtained with a single intake of 10 g (12 ml) of lactulose per day.
 

Ingredients: Lactulose concentrate 66% W/V.

Not recommended in case of: Intolerance to any of the ingredients!
